The content of the monograph consists of the actual achievements of fl authors. In this connection, the chapters presented in this study consider the ur¬gent issues of the development of national legislation. The practical implemen-j tation of the conclusions and suggestionsthat are made by the authors is aimed af forming a planned legislative strategy and its transformation towards the forma¬tion of an updated model of law. This monographic study is interesting because it allows forming an idea about the main trends in the development of certain areas ot legal science in Ukraine. It also contributes to the development of discussion, forecasting the further functioning of the national legal system, taking into account European and international standards. In connection with the above-mentioned, the monograph “Developmetf of national law in the context of integration into the European legal space ij addressed to a diverse audience (scientists, practitioners working in the fieldo, law, interested persons). It will contribute to the intensification of the transfer mational processes of national law.
